Recently, Tucson Medical Center's Environmental Services team reached a record-high HCAHPS score of 71.35, a 10-point increase from the previous year. Combined with room turnaround times consistently under 50 minutes, the achievement reflects the dedication, teamwork and commitment to excellence that EVS brings to every corner of the hospital, every day.
